Browse open jobs
Filter the board by trade. Every post shows the location, the scope, the estimated project value, and the referral fee. The client's name stays hidden until you claim.

Review the terms
Before you claim, you see exactly what is owed and when. No surprises after the fact.

Agree and claim
Claim the job and the poster is notified. A private thread opens between the two of you inside the platform.

Post your own
Add the location, a one-line scope, your terms, and the estimated project value. Track who was alerted and who is interested from your dashboard.

Ask the assistant
The member assistant sits in the corner of every page. Ask it how to post, how fees work, or where to find your earnings, in plain language.

How the money works.
0% to the poster
The member who brought the job in earns 10% of the closed contract value. Blueprint's facilitation fee is owed on top of that, not out of it.
Owed at signing
Fees are owed once the contract with the client is signed and the first deposit comes in. Not on completion.
Change orders stay yours
If the job grows after signing, the referral fee does not claw back.
You set your own terms on anything you post.
