Frequently Asked

Questions about Blueprint Society.

Everything you need to know about New York City's networking group for the built industry — who joins, what it costs, and how to apply.

What is Blueprint Society?

Blueprint Society is New York City's premier networking group for the built industry — a curated society of architects, contractors, interior designers, real estate professionals, developers, and investors who shape the city's built environment. We host high-end events, make hand-matched introductions, and run a private lead referral platform for members.

Who can join?

Anyone who shapes New York's built environment: architects, engineers, interior and lighting designers, general contractors and specialty trades, developers, brokers, lenders, investors, attorneys, insurance and risk advisors, and construction-tech founders.

Is there a networking group for architects, contractors, or interior designers in NYC?

Yes — Blueprint Society is that group. Architects, contractors, and interior designers make up a large share of the membership, and they meet the developers, real estate professionals, and investors who hire them at curated events across New York City.

How much is membership?

There are two tiers: Member is $50 per month and Premier is $100 per month. Both include access to the Blueprint community platform, with fuller event access, referral-platform access, and curated introductions at the paid tiers.

How do I apply?

The community is not directly accessible — everyone applies first. Submit the application on the membership page and a member of the Blueprint Society team will reach out with next steps.

What events do you host?

Showroom socials with partners like Porcelanosa, KOHLER, ITALKRAFT, and Grande Central; rooftop dinners; AI and business panels; networking breakfasts; after-parties; and virtual briefings — all in and around New York City.

How do I contact Blueprint Society?
